A lazy weekend

Sorry there are no new pictures of Landry. She's rather boring, which we really appreciate right now! Camden has had a big time this weekend. He's really enjoying the wagon Nana and Chappy refurbished for him. Poor guy hasn't gotten out much lately, and the sunshine was a welcome sight so Chappy and Blake could take him for a little stroll on Saturday. In the second picture he's clappnig to "If You're Happy and You Know It". Today Blake got a full-blown taste of what it's like to stay home ALL DAY LONG with a very energetic 11 month old. Back before there were 4 of us we would typically get out for at least a little while during the day on the weekends. Getting out might sound like a chore, but it usually makes things a little easier because there's the time spent with Camden strapped in a car seat, then strapped in a stroller, and then strapped in a high chair. When he's strapped in we don't have to chase him. Today the chase was on. Apparently the clothes basket was handy during one of the chases and Blake sat Camden right down in it. He called it "baby sitting brought to you by Miller Lite". Two beers a good idea makes! It worked - for a little while. After a little more chasing I decided Camden needed to be strapped down in something, so I took him for a little walk around the neighborhood, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I know this because he would clap and then turn around and make sure I was watching him. The guy's seen more daylight this weekend than he has in over a week!
