This week Camden discovered his tongue. He learned how to stick it out and smack on his top lip, stick it out and spit all over his loyal subjects, and reach in his mouth just to hold it for a while. Today he's been sticking it out just for the heck of it, which we find pretty darned cute (for now)!

Better tell him to watch out! Pop will cut that tongue off when he gets a little older and does that. Hmm.... It's a wonder that any of us still has tongues.
I read that entry and my first thought was, "Don't let Pop see that. He'll cut his tongue off."
Gee, that Pop fellow sounds scary! Camden, If I were you, I'd stay away from him.
Apparently the "stick it out again and I'm going to cut it off" threat is something I blocked out until y'all posted these comments. I wonder if we really believed he would cut our tongues off with his pocket knife. I bet we didn't test that theory too many times. I think Camden's safe - Pop would never cut off the tongue of one of his grandchildren, just their parents.
