We had an awesome day celebrating Camden's 1st birthday! It was a tad bit emotional for the mama though. It's much harder accepting the fact that your baby is turning one than I expected! When the crowd started thinning out Blake looked at me and said "we have a great family". He's right - and I'd like to add that we have great friends as well! We know Camden won't remember this wonderful day, but we always will! Thanks to all of you (who were able) for being here with us! If you guys who took pictures would be so kind as to email them (or at least the decent ones, anyway) to me, I 'd appreciate it hugely!

yay! thanks for the update. i've been checking all afternoon like a stalker for some pics from cam's big day. you do have an awesome family! wish i could have been there to enjoy the festivities. happy birthday camden!!

How did Camden's belly handle all of that cake? At least the icing was light blue!! That dark icing makes for very nasty diaper changing moments.
It's days like these that make you actually sit back and realize what great families we have and what wonderful friends you've made over the years. Cheers to you Camden on your 1st birthday.
